1)Consultations are held via normal calls for patients in India and WhatsApp audio calls for international patients.

2)You will be called at the scheduled time of your appointment.

3) Ayurvedic Health Program with Dr. Chaitali where you can discuss your current health condition, medical history, prakriti parikshana (body type constitution), and any concerns you have.

Dr. Chaitali will provide exclusive treatment recommendations on lifestyle and supplements if needed.

4)The Ayurvedic Health Program includes a prescription plan with diet and lifestyle recommendations in PDF format within 24 hours.

5) Throughout the program, you will be in contact with Dr. Chaitali's team on WhatsApp for appointments and any medical queries addressed by Dr. Chaitali.

6)Any queries will be addressed once the plan is received by the patient, and necessary changes can be made based on your preferences.

7)After completing the consultation program and plan, there will be no further WhatsApp assistance or scheduled calls. Renewal of the program is possible by staying in touch on WhatsApp.

8)A maintenance PDF will be provided via WhatsApp at the end of the program to guide you on reintroducing anything that was eliminated during the program.

This program includes an Ayurvedic approach to healing your body, mind, and emotional health with diet, lifestyle, home remedies, yoga, pranayama, meditation as needed.
